Welcome to ZodiaX! By downloading, accessing, or using our mobile application, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the app.
1. Use of the App
- Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old to use ZodiaX. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use the app with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
- Compliance: You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the app.

All content within the ZodiaX app, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by ZodiaX or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

When using ZodiaX, you agree not to:

- Understand that subscription fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

5. Limitation of Liability
ZodiaX and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.
Our liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid, if any, for access to the app in the 12 months prior to the claim.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to ZodiaX at any time for any reason, including but not limited to a violation of these Terms.
If your account is terminated, you will lose access to any data or content associated with it, including subscriptions.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected in the "Effective Date" at the top of this document. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bulgaria. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Sofia.
